The 12 Week Optimal Well-Being Program

The optimal well-being program takes into account the holistic picture. Through many questionnaires and several key objective laboratory assessments, a physiological load assessment is established. Working together, we create a realistic program that will bring balance to your mind and body. Finally, coaching you each week in order to keep you accountable and on track.
