Bio-chemically speaking, all diseases start in the cell as a deviation from
homeostasis resulting from nutritional deficiencies and excess toxins. Therefore, this part of
a well-being program identifies and replaces nutritional deficiencies.
Detoxification is the removal of toxins within each cell and the elimination
of such toxins out of the body through the bowels, skin, lungs, and kidneys. The liver is the
body’s main blood filter. It detoxifies internally and dumps its toxins into the small
intestines for elimination through the large colon. This part of the well-being program begins
to strategically schedule appropriate juice cleanses and teaches self detoxification
procedures.

Remove all toxic chemicals from your home and replace with natural products.
This includes shampoos, make-up, deodorants, hairsprays, laundry and dishwashing detergents,
and store other toxins outside in a shed away from your home.
Throw out or give away at least 1/3 of all your stuff that no longer serves
you or does not represent health. Keep you home, yard, car(s) and office organized, clean
and simple.
