Movement therapy seeks to identify and correct imbalances held within the neuromuscular-skeletal system. When we match the type exercise or movement therapy that brings about balance, exercise is a joy and improves self esteem, self awareness, work and/or sport performance and aesthetics. As a Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiologist (CHEK) I have been trained in advanced functional anatomy, mastery of strength training theory, practical objective assessments, and design of both rehabilitative and sports performance exercise programs. Combined with my sport and remedial massage therapy training, I am able to get you moving. Movement Therapy Principles:
